About

environmental professionals with international training and experience

Led by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), the M2P Program is designed to connect employers and highly skilled environmental professionals with international training and experience in:

  • Green Building / Energy
  • Ecology
  • Planning: environmental, urban, community

 The M2P Program is supported by over 100 stakeholders from the environmental industry including employers, government, educational institutions (colleges and universities), regional conservation authorities, municipalities and non-profit organizations.

What We Offer:

We offer access to prescreened candidates selected through a rigorous interview and skills testing process conducted by M2P staff and supported by TRCA technical experts.

On average, our candidates bring over 10 years of experience and 6 years of post secondary education at the university level.

Through the M2P program our candidates have access to technical, business and workplace skills training to ensure they can immediately contribute to your short and long term business objectives.

To date over 80% of our candidates have been successfully employed in mid to high level positions in companies such as:
